Your Say Woollahra is Council’s online community engagement platform.

We want to hear from our community and Your Say Woollahra is an easy and convenient way for the community to share views, concerns and aspirations -- and influence Council's decision-making process.

How to have your say

The first step is to register for Your Say Woollahra. It's free and easy, and once you've created a user name, you can contribute anonymously to any project that is "open".

Next, visit the Your Say Woollahra homepage to discover which projects are open, under review or archived.

Open Projects

We invite you to have your say on any project that is open. Each project on Your Say Woollahra is tailored to ensure our engagement activities are relevant, effective and meaningful for Council and the community. You'll find useful information like key dates, important documents and how you can have your say. Depending on the project, you'll be able participate in activities like discussion forums, surveys or making submissions to public exhibitions.

Under Review

The consultation period for these projects has ended and the feedback is being reviewed by Council staff. Some projects have different stages of engagement, for example strategic visionary documents, and may be opened for additional consultation at another time. You can find out if a project has multiple stages of engagement by looking at the Key Dates and Lifecycle sections on the project page.

Archived

These projects are completed; there is no further consultation. They remain visible to the public for reference.

Your feedback

We record all community feedback, which we review and report to the project decision makers. Depending on the project, this might be Council, a Committee or an independent local planning panel. The decision-makers then consider the outcomes of the community engagement activity as part of their their determination process.

Stay engaged

Your time is precious and we thank you for joining a growing community of local people who want to make a difference in Woollahra. We hope you will have your say on Council matters that affect you and our broader community. Council sends a bi-monthly community engagement e-newsletter to all registered participants to help you stay up to date.
