Coastal Clifftop Walkway Lighting Project

New solar lighting to increase safety and community wellbeing

Woollahra Council is installing solar bollard lighting along the Coastal Walk from Gap Park to Christison Park in autumn 2020.

Low-level solar bollard lights will be installed along 1.5 kilometres of the coastal cliff top walkway. This will encourage people to use the pathway in the evenings for recreational activities, leading to greater community wellbeing and public safety.

The images show a montage of how we expect the lighting to look once it is installed.

This project is funded by the Commonwealth Department of Infrastructure,Transport, Cities and Regional Development.
