We’ve created a draft Complaints and Unreasonable Complainant Policy, which sets out how we handle complaints fairly, efficiently, and effectively. We invite you to provide feedback on the draft policy by completing the form below.
The policy aims to:
- Provide timely and consistent responses to complaints
- Strengthen public trust and confidence in Council services
- Support ongoing improvement across all areas of Council.
It also offers guidance for staff and outlines how we manage situations where complainant behaviour becomes unreasonable.
