Customer Satisfaction Survey Results - November 2022

As part of an effort to build an efficient organisation that places customers and the community at the heart of service delivery the council will introduce three Customer Experience measures into the Council to track community perceptions of Council performance (Customer Satisfaction Score, Net Promoter Score, Net Effort Score) and ask for open-ended customer feedback to inform how they can be improved.
