Woollahra Council exhibited a proposal to amend the Woollahra Development Control Plan 2015 (Woollahra DCP 2015).
The amendment seeks to enhance the existing excavation provisions to:
- Strengthen the objectives for excavation controls;
- Restrict certain types of works occurring in side setbacks; and
- Provide further clarity on documentation requirements.
The proposed changes will affect Chapters A1 (Introduction) and B3 (General Development Controls) of the Woollahra DCP 2015.
The amendments apply to the whole Woollahra Local Government Area.
