Public Exhibition

From 22 May 2024 to 23 June 2024 we exhibited a proposed amendment to the Woollahra Development Control Plan 2015 (Woollahra DCP 2015) to introduce site specific controls for 488-492 Old South Head Road and 30 Albemarle Avenue, Rose Bay.

The site has been subject to a planning proposal, intended to facilitate a mixed use development comprising a supermarket, residential apartments and associated parking.

The Draft Woollahra Development Control Plan 2015 (Amendment 27) seeks to ensure that development suitably responds to issues of residential amenity and local character. The controls address matters including built form and facade articulation, landscaping, privacy and maximum non-residential gross floor area. The Draft DCP only applies to the properties identified above.
