Starting from 20 January 2020 planning controls relating to Night Time Economy and Footway Dining will be inserted into Chapters D5, E5 and F3 of the Woollahra Development Control Plan 2015.
This is the last stage of finalising the Woollahra DCP 2015 (Amendment 8) which was adopted by Council at its meeting of 9 December 2019.
