We regularly invite families to provide feedback via short surveys at various times during the year and via our annual survey towards the end of each year.

This term we're asking families to share their feedback and ideas on our communication platform HubHello and on how we communicate with families more generally.

Improving communications with families was part of the outcome of our service review last year. Your feedback will help shape improvements we make and will help guide our priorities for the future. Some of the options we are considering are to expand the scope of the current app, HubHello or transition to another communication platform.
