How do you imagine the future of Woollahra Libraries?
Council is developing a new five-year Library Strategic Plan to shape the future direction, services and programs of Woollahra Libraries.
We want our libraries to reflect the needs of our Woollahra community – whether it's through state-of-the-art technology, a diverse mix of programs and events, or helpful and friendly staff to guide you around our collections and services.

We will use your feedback to inform our Strategic Plan, which will go to Council in August 2019.

13 days agoDouble Bay - DVDs need to be stored in alphabetical order so we don't have to spend so much time looking for the DVDs we want.
More often than not DVDs that are showing as Available on the catalogue are not in any of the DVD sections - Fiction, Non Fiction (lvl 3) or TV series. It takes a long time to go through all these DVDs only to come up with nothing. Very frustrating.
22 days agoLonger opening hours
I'd like to see the library open earlier and later all year round (especially on the weekends). I see a lot of school and university students studying and local entrepreneurs working in the library and this should be encouraged. Late night opening every day would allow even more time for study after work. Having to leave the library at 4pm on the weekend is very disruptive (especially for full-time workers who can only study or work on side-projects on the weekend). Also, even more space for quiet work and study would be great!
