On 26 October 2020, Council resolved to proceed with the preparation of a draft local environmental plan to amend Schedule 5 of Woollahra LEP 2014 to list the Sewage Pumping Station (SPS 46) – including interiors, crane and crane hoist, and moveable heritage (timber gate sign, timber cupboard), and sandstone gate posts and metal gates, at 13 Collins Avenue, Rose Bay as a local heritage item.
