Are you a Woollahra resident who is:

• living with disability,
• aged 70 years or above,
• providing care for another adult or
• providing care for a child living with disability?

If so, we’d like you to join our new Inclusion (Disability, Aged and Carers) Advisory Committee to help us make Woollahra more accessible and inclusive for everybody.

What will the Committee do?

We are looking for four community members to work with Council staff, advising on ways we can make life easier and better for all people who live, work or play in Woollahra.

You must be a Woollahra resident and able to actively contribute to four meetings per year (June, September, December and March). You will be paid $150 for each meeting you attend. Meetings will either be held online or in person, if in person you will be reimbursed for any travel costs.

How Council will decide on the membership of the Committee?

Expressions of Interest will be evaluated based on answers given to the questions in the form below. Committee members must be a Woollahra resident who is able to actively participate in meetings of the Committee.

We will respond to all applicants by the end of May, with the first meeting to be held in June 2021.
