At its meeting of 23 November 2020, Council approved the planning proposal to list Rose Bay Scout Hall, including its interiors, at 3 Vickery Avenue, Rose Bay [Lots 1536 and 1537 in DP 40022 and Lot 1475 in DP 752011] as a local heritage item in Schedule 5 of the Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Woollahra LEP 2014). Following Council's resolution, the amendment was notified by the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment on 12 February 2021. Woollahra LEP 2014 (Amendment No. 19) came into force on the day it was notified. You can view the amendment on the NSW Legislation website.
