At its meeting of 27 September 2021, Council resolved to proceed with the planning proposal to list ‘Hillcrest’ 780-786 New South Head Road, Rose Bay [SP 30455], including interiors and gardens, as a local heritage item in Schedule 5 of the Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 2014.

Following Council's resolution, the amendment was notified by the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment on 14 January 2022. Woollahra LEP 2014 (Amendment No. 23) came into force on the day it was notified. You can view the amendment on the NSW Legislation website.
