At its meeting of 22 February 2021, Council resolved to proceed with the planning proposal to list the George S. Grimley Pavilion and the Sydney Croquet Clubhouse as individual local heritage items in Schedule 5 of the Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Woollahra LEP 2014).

Council also resolved to proceed with submitting the nomination application to Heritage NSW to list the Sydney Croquet Clubhouse (exterior and interior) on the State Heritage Register.

Following Council's resolution, the amendment was notified by the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment on 14 May 2021. Woollahra LEP 2014 (Amendment No. 21) came into force on the day it was notified. You can view the amendment on the NSW Legislation website.

The planning proposal was open to public submissions from Wednesday 4 November 2020 to Friday 4 December 2020.
